Re: China and their wind power development

Is the reason China is leading in production of new wind power because they have such cheap labour costs?

From: Eric Lundberg

I just read the article on " China and their wind power development" , do your researchers know the comparative cost of producing a kilowatt of power between hydro, nuclear, wind ,solar and fossil fuel generated power?

Is the reason China is leading in production of new wind power because they have such cheap labour costs?

Are our tar sands development projects seriously threatened by this accent on cleaner power?

Thanks for any reply.
